Our protagonist finally gets a name, meets a useless man who is busy uselessly vomiting, wanders about in a rundown apartment building, and can't figure out the versatility of the one melee weapon he uses in solving the "puzzles" he encounters. We also encounter a very intimidating monster-thing that is referred to by only the silliest of names.

  So, par for the course, really.
